We are seeking an Associate Project Manager within our Professional Services department. This is a unique opportunity to act as an entry level project manager to expand your project management skills and ability to execute setup tasks related to distributed automated marketing solutions. This position will be a split role; primarily to plan, schedule and lead projects which are relatively smaller and less complicated than our average projects. Often times your projects will consist of new customer onboardings or projects which expand the products of current customers. Secondarily, you’ll support our Strategic Project Managers with customer onboarding projects by helping them complete tasks within their project schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and take stretch opportunities allowing you to learn more about the Web for Brand Networks business.
Scope of Job Responsibilities
•Plan, schedule, and lead onboarding projects by executing against task constraints outlined within the project schedule for emerging brands - often times this requires setup of 10 to 100 accounts on our platform and equipped with digital marketing applications or campaigns.
•As needed, execute against task constraints and due dates within project plans as established and provided by Strategic Project Managers.
•Collaborate with internal and external teams on a daily basis to complete project tasks.
•In the absence of client work, complete tasks related to internal projects which improve the function of our team and/or our business.
•Create project schedules to onboard new customers and expand on product sets for our existing customers.
•Lead a team of internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to execute against the tasks outlined in your project schedule.
•Partner with subject matter experts to define the setup tasks within your project schedule which scales the onboarding of multiple accounts with products such as Websites, PPC, SEO, and Analytics.
•As needed, support Strategic Project Managers by completing tasks within their customer onboarding projects.
•Create and manage project workbooks via Excel for account setup information ranging from 10s to 1000s of locations at a time. Use scalable formulas such as VLOOKUPs, IFERRORs, and more as needed to merge data sets across multiple data sources.
•Document setup instructions across several tasks in writing and delegate tasks to project stakeholders.
•Conduct research and work with customers as necessary to define editorial guidelines for content writers and parameters for other strategic implementation of our products.
•May conduct calls with customers to receive input or approvals needed to move the project forward and provide status updates.
•Complete quality assurance and/or quality control tasks.
•Provide regular verbal and written updates to your customers and/or other project stakeholders on at least a weekly cadence.
•3+ years’ working in a fast-paced and independent environment
•3+ years’ working in the Digital Marketing Industry, including 1+ year working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and website management
•Ability to communicate effectively presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
•Ability to navigate through loosely defined project parameters
•Ability to adapt to frequent change
•Strong working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Yodle products and service tools (Centermark, Yodle Live, Salesforce, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc)
•Strong time management skills
•Strong Excel skills
