Job Description
The WBN Sales Executive will conduct outbound sales calls to consult with small and medium-sized businesses within dealer and franchise networks. Additionally, the Sales Executive will maintain client relationships and develop effective sales strategies via phone offering Web products such as SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, etc.

The Sales Executive will collaborate with the Customer Success team to maximize the digital strategy for local franchisees and dealers to gain adoption of additional WBN products.

Responsibilities:

•Conduct outbound sales calls to small and medium-sized network businesses offering Web products such as SEO, PPC, etc.
•Identify clients’ needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via phone or in person at annual conventions or regional meetings.
•Collaborate with the Relationship Development Director, Customer Success Directors and Customer Success Consultants to increase new product adoption and upsell Individual Location owners within Franchise and Dealer networks.
•Conduct sales calls with local business owners and influencers who are part of a franchise or manufacturer business.
•Educate network business owners and influencers within the network on our products and partnership via sales calls and webinars.
•Build relationships within a franchise organization and work with the Sales Directors to use those relationships to help get an introduction to the corporate office.
•Demonstrate proper documentation of sales activities in SalesForce.com


Required skills
•Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling, closing sales over the phone or in person
•Must be proficient at conducting needs analysis
•Leverage client relationships  by following a transactional sales model with a 1-2 call close
•Work with internal account teams to grow existing clients’ account spend.
•Ability to engage clients as you build relationships quickly and effectively
•Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data

Minimum Experience Required:

•3 years previous sales experience required. 
•Associates/Bachelors degree preferred but not required. 
•Prior CRM experience preferred
•Excellent verbal communication skills
