Job Description
An HR Coordinator at Terakeet will work closely with our Director of Human Resources and Director of Recruiting to assist with the communication, administration and organization of the recruiting and onboarding process.

Their primary responsibilities will be assisting with job postings, interview scheduling and coordination, offer letter management, benefits administration, employee personnel record management and more. The HR Coordinator will need to be quick learner and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, multitasking environment.

Responsibilities Include:
Coordinates the recruitment process; post jobs, review, screen and maintain candidate applications
Schedules interview appointments and keeps up to date on communication with applicants Coordinates offers of employment with Management and HR
Conducts reference and background checks
Coordinates the planning and the organization of new employee orientation
Assists with administration of employee benefits plans and open enrollment
Works with presenters to coordinate and set up training classes
Maintains employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance
Assists with all areas of HR compliance
Coordinates/assists with additional projects, as assigned
Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree that includes a concentration in HR/IRL or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience with HR information systems and/or applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and manage through competing priorities
  • Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information
  • Approachable and willing to help others
  • Team player mentality yet able to work independently and learn adaptively
  • Strong desire to succeed; self-motivated and willing to take on challenges
