At this time, Optaros is looking for a Junior IT Recruiter thirsty for knowledge and willing to gain hands on experience working along with our awesome HR Team.
Here are some of your future responsibilities:
Drive: Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview and hiring process (attract, select, interview, help negotiate offers to close candidates).
Get creative! Source externally and network to find technical candidates within the areas of engineering, user experience, quality assurance, and more. Turn over rocks we haven’t even considered yet!
Partnership. Engage hiring managers to fully understand their unique needs in order to develop hiring strategies.
Selling: Market the company to candidates, exercising a strong sense of what sells in competitive markets and how to package our development teams and roles in a compelling way
Reporting: Monitor progress against recruiting goals by reporting and ensuring data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System.
New hire on-boarding: prepare employees for their first day, coordinate appropriate orientation to office, department and role, obtain access for new users in the company’s systems.
Get involved: Participate in special projects (e.g., campus recruiting, employee referral campaigns); this may grow over time as the role adapts to organizational growth and need for increased partnership with the business through generalist HR functions.
- Required skills
Passion for growth! In terms of talent acquisition, we are looking for max 1 year of IT recruiting experience.
Experience with LinkedIn, to include a pre-established network of contacts, and other social media sourcing.
Basic understanding of the IT domain and basic flows of technological processes (software development lifecycle).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, must be fluent in English and Romanian, written and verbal communications.
- Ability to take initiative and think through problems creatively.
- Ability to manage processes from start to finish with little guidance.
- Discretion with confidential information.
