Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement strategic initiatives in paid and unpaid channels for our top clients by understanding clients’ goals, channel ROI, business and marketing objectives with an eye towards revenue growth and optimization
•Develop and own a performance testing calendar for our top clients to ensure we are continually finding and implementing new ways to drive better results 
•Use data-driven research to design strategies, tactics, tests and recommendations that benefit our top clients & entire WBN organization
•Performance owner of paid and unpaid channels including, PPC, SEO, Social, Display, Reviews, etc.
•Performance owner of new channels
•Subject matter expert and research lead for digital channels
•Streamline and implement processes to create efficiencies within the Performance team
•Help train team on new tactics and strategies through testing and new applications for current products
•Partner with other teams to manage large, complex projects with for strategy and testing
•Keep abreast of latest PPC and SEO products, services, information and trends
 

Required skills
•Strong project management and prioritization skills
•Tireless attention to detail
•Strong Excel skills: formula creation, pivot tables, graphing/charts
•Ability to learn process quickly
•Ability to drive consistently high-quality work under tight timeframes
•Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
 
Experience Required 
•Experience with large regional and national franchise networks a plus
•Exceptionally organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and move to the next task
•Certified Google Advertising Professional (basic and advanced) is a strong plus
•SQL experience a plus
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•4-6 years experience in PPC, SEO & Display
