Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the ongoing development, training and support of an LBW sales team. The Sales Manager will direct daily activities while providing front line management, training, and guidance.

• Achieve sales results/goals by training, motivating and coaching team
• Build and strengthen Sales Reps selling skills through positive coaching and development
• Successfully manage people to achieve performance goals; excellent people management skills including resolving conflict, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, performance management
• Partner with sales reps to close business. Be willing and able to work on sales/demos alongside the team
• Conduct appropriate 1 on 1 meetings with Sales Reps
• Lead effective team meetings
• Partner with Senior management to meet turnover goals through coaching, training and motivating team
• Maintain company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others
• Hold sales reps accountable for sales and quality expectations and adherence to company policies; take corrective action if needed
• Work on effectively transitioning new hires from the training bay to the sales floor
• Maintain a team size of 15+ representatives
• Build open lines of communication and a strong collaboration and partnership with Data Specialists and other business partners
• Motivate others to achieve beyond expectations and provide strong leadership to drive and exceed key expectations
• Work on solutions that foster teamwork, maintain a positive culture and support company values
• Attend daily manager meetings
Required skills
  • Experience with LBW or Consultative Sales
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, exceptional leadership traits & characteristics with proven ability to lead by example

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
  • Ability to write reports, supervisory reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and disciplinary reports.
  • Possess excellent people and interpersonal skills including the ability to inspire, motivate and support people
  • Ability to plan effectively and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong product and system knowledge; Possess a comprehensive knowledge of internet advertising.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and technical procedures.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply judgment common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in non-standardized situations.
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours and arrive at work at 7:45 a.m. or earlier
