Job Description
BitSight is seeking a Marketing Programs Specialist to support our global demand generation marketing efforts. The Marketing Programs Specialist will design and execute marketing programs across various vertical and geographical markets. Responsibilities include developing, testing and deploying email workflows in HubSpot, developing analytics and dashboards to show lead engagement and other results, managing content marketing programs, creating program content, maintaining our lead scoring operations and assisting with other ad hoc marketing operations projects as required including data integrity and append projects. We are looking for a fast-thinking, detail-oriented team member with creative problem solving capabilities who can help us strengthen our leadership status in the security ratings market.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals
  • Evaluate and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Set up activities and campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce; establish and execute QA testing of campaigns, templates, processes etc.
  • Drive integrations between demand systems (such as Salesforce and lead delivery platforms)
  • Manage and optimize programs within the full lead to opportunity lifecycle
  • Assist in strategy development, tracking and reporting of campaign performance
  • Diagnose issues and optimize campaigns to drive enhanced customer experience and business results
  • Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders in sales, marketing, and product management to solve problems, create efficiencies, and achieve business goals
Required skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • 2-4 years of related marketing experience (marketing automation, demand generation).
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, HubSpot Preferred.
  • Experience with HTML & CSS
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce a plus
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing concepts
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Skills in Photoshop or other digital editing solution
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High aptitude for process management in sales and marketing systems
  • Must be a creative, outgoing team player who is interested in being a part of a fast growing organization
