- Job Description
We are seeking a talented Production Specialist within our Client Services WBN Department. This is a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge of digital and strategic marketing, as well as get hands on experience with project execution and distributed automated marketing solutions. This position will give you the opportunity to grow in role and learn more about the Brand Networks business.
•Take lead and accomplish WBN internal projects which are ultimately contributing to our client’s success.
•Complete onboarding tasks for new clients/accounts.
•Work closely and support Client Success Directors, Customer Success Manager, Consultants and Digital Marketing Analysts on bulk tasks across relationships.
•Complete Quality Assurance tasks for new accounts and websites.
•Efficiently execute against Service Level Agreements (SLA) and due dates.
•Complete account updates (website changes, campaign updates etc.) that will be routed to the team’s queue.

Job Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
•Time management/ Priority setting - ability to prioritize and finish tasks and projects within established SLA and prioritize own tasks throughout the day
•Attention to detail/ Communication - can identify both small and large issues and resolve them with minimal input and outreach to necessary stakeholders
•Process management - ability to find efficiencies and make process improvements
•Functional/Technical Skills - Knowledgeable about SEO and Maps, SEM/PPC marketing protocols, function of Content Management Systems (CMS), and basic html skills
•Technical Learning/ Learning on the Fly – can learn new skills and knowledge quickly and implement appropriately
Minimum Experience Required:
•Strong Communication skills within an internal team
•Basic knowledge with Digital Marketing Industry
