Job Description
  • Assist in executing simple and complex lead nurturing programs in Marketing Automation Platforms – helping clients understand requirements and proactively providing feedback to optimize campaign process and performance.
  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis – keeping them updated on their projects, issues, and providing MAP capabilities.
  • Act as a point of escalation and resolution during campaign process as it relates to decisions that directly impact execution and integration of marketing tools.
  • Be a subject matter expert on marketing automation, providing industry research and recommendations to internal and client teams - approach, strategy, risks, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with configuration and integration including issues with HTML and Javascript on emails and landing pages
  • Perform QA testing both before and after key project deliverables are deployed.
  • Help document processes and procedures for internal and client teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry and enterprise-wide Digital strategy and trends. 
Required skills
  • 1-3 years’ of experience using Eloqua’s marketing automation platform
  • Ability to advise on both technical and business impacts related to use of Omni-Channel programs and reporting platforms
  • Minimum 1 year client management experience with ability to build strong relationships, gaining credibility and partnering with clients, business leaders and peers
  • Experience delivering rapidly designed and developed projects using Program Management Best Practices – timelines, client expectations, budget/profitability, scope, etc.
  • Experience working with global teams is preferred
