Job Description
Position Purpose:

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the coordination, implementation and supervision of all in person lead generation and OPC tour flow campaigns and day-to-day operations in line with current goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve specific prospect, lead generation and OPC tour flow goals on in-store and event basis as directed by marketing management
  • Participate in weekly meetings on program and campaign statuses including production criteria with the event marketing management team
  • Assist in development and implementation of promotional representative hiring procedures, gifting/incentive policies, and kiosk/booth and inventory
  • Assist in hiring and training of departmental representatives as requested by event marketing management
  • Provide staff supervision at in-store and event locations, and conduct in-kiosk/booth training as dictated by individual performance
  • Field any/all concerns of promotional representatives and aid in the resolution of said concerns to prevent the development of departmental issues - requesting support from event marketing management when needed
  • Conduct team meetings every week to review and discuss individual job performance and stats, general issues and kiosk/booth conditions
  • Undergo event marketing management training as assigned
  • Other duties as they may be assigned by event marketing management.
  • Track daily and/or weekly department statistics by agent
  • Assist with scheduling and set-up coordination when needed
  • Complete assorted administrative functions as needed


  • 6-12 months or more prior promotional-related work including events, shows, concerts, expos, fairs, sporting events, or retail
  • 1+ years supervisory experience
  • Good communication skills: ability to handle problem situations quickly, efficiently and in a manner that enhances the image of the organization
  • Demonstrated practical experience in the coordination of promotional events and events and event management for lead and prospect generation purposes
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Due to the nature of this business unit the supervisor will be required to work flexible shifts which include weekends and nights, and possibly public holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent talking and listening when conferring with prospects, employees, customers, principals and other interested parties
  • Able to work independently
  • Long periods of standing may be required
  • Perform office work and sit for long periods of time
